16/07/09 - PfcE has officially completed Optimal Chemical's Major Mechanical Turnaround Works for the Olefin Plant as at 20/06/09 The mechanical days has been compressed for the first time in the plant's history from 40 days to 26 days as it's Stress Test. Optimal has originally targetted PfcE to complete it within 26 days, which PfcE has managed to complete it within 25 days with 0 leakages for its JIT. This is a landmark and the management of PfcE thanks Optimal Chemicals as well as PfcE Turnaround Team the highest thanks and wishes on the job well done.
